Burgundian Youri Lebault grew up in Gevrey Chambertin in a family with a tradition in the wine trade. He has honed his knowledge winning a national prize for wine tourism and is a member of the illustrious Brotherhood Chevalier du Tastevin. So you are in capable hands. Together with his team of trained English speaking guides, each passionate about their subject, you will be taken on the crème de la crème of wine trips, a private luxury tour tailored to your specific requirements. You will meet the wine growers, learn about terroir, and taste the fruits of their labour in the very vineyard from where the wine originated. Moreover you will have fun.

Depending on the number of people in your party, you will travel in a Mercedes saloon car which seats up to four passengers or a Mercedes Viano 6 seating seven passengers. Putting over the passion

Concentrating on the Côte d'Or in the wake of its UNESCO ranking, Youri explains the 'climates' and origins of the vineyards leading up to the present day, he talks to some of the well-known growers such as Aubert de Villaine of Romanée Conti who has written the preface to the book, to Olivier Leflaive and Sylvain Pitiot. The final section of the book is devoted to tourist routes which he recommends. All this is presented with intoxicating pictures by Armelle photographe and good maps by Sylvain Pitiot making you want to arrange your trip to the vineyards tout de suite.
