Vosne Romanée is a tiny village in the heart of the Côte de Nuits wine area of Burgundy near Nuits St-Georges. Here you are surrounded by the famous vineyards of Romanée-Conti, Richebourg itself and the Château du Clos de Vougeot just up the road. This is a great location for exploring the wineries, the beautiful countryside of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits and the village of Reulle-Vergy, with its scenic viewpoint, Beaune to the south and Dijon to the north.

The Hotel le Richebourg, a four star hotel has 26 rooms, four of which are suites. The hotel opened in 2002 and the spacious contemporary interiors are each kitted out with today’s lifelines, WiFi and sat.TV. Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining area and there is a bar, leaving you free to explore the restaurants in the surrounding area for lunch and dinner.

One of the things that makes the hotel special is the well-being institute: a spa, hamman and sauna with beauticians and a Thalgo specialist – a treatment which uses algae based products.
